Afraid of Something? Read This.
Last week, I coached a client who hadn’t flown in 30 years because of severe anxiety.
Here’s exactly what we did, and what changed:
We didn’t talk in circles or waste time on generic advice.
We pinpointed the precise area in his body where he felt the fear, then used specific, practical techniques, somatic presence, breathing, and proven neuroscience-backed tools to address it.
His panic started at a 10 out of 10. By the end, it dropped to near zero.
The issue wasn’t fear of a plane crash. It was his internal reaction to the feeling itself.
By deconstructing the fear response and running new mental “scripts,” he shifted from anxiety to actual curiosity about flying.
Results came from a real process, not empty motivation.
If you’re done repeating the same patterns fear, stress, avoidance, self-sabotage there are tactical methods to break the cycle.
This is how coaching works.
No talk therapy, no hype just results.
If you’re interested in applying this approach to your own challenges, reply to this email with the word “COACHING.”
I’ll send details about how to get started.
